Content on this site, including videos, is general education about retirement income planning, annuities and rollovers. It is not personalized financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not an offer to sell any product. Recommendations are made only after a review of your individual situation.

We make no promise of any return, income amount or outcome. Any guarantees within an annuity are provided by the issuing insurance company and depend on its claims-paying ability. Registered index-linked annuities are subject to market risk, including loss of principal.

You must be at least 18 and live in California, Nevada, Arizona and Texas. Our discovery calls are generally intended for people 55 and over with at least $250,000 in investable assets; we may decline or reschedule calls that are not a fit.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and your own. By submitting it, you permit us to contact you by phone, email and text about your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time.

Calls are 30 minutes and held on Zoom or by phone. Please reschedule or cancel at least one day in advance using the link in your confirmation email. If you miss a call without notice, we may not offer another slot. Calls may be recorded or noted for quality and compliance purposes; we will tell you at the start of the call if it is being recorded.

You agree not to misuse the site, submit false or someone else's information, attempt to access systems without permission, or interfere with the site's operation.

We use third-party tools such as Myra, Calendly, Zoom, Meta and Google. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Independent Financial Group, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under securities or insurance laws that cannot be waived.

You agree to indemnify Independent Financial Group, LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

We may update these terms or suspend the site at any time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
